ISCSI Target Discovery

I have an FreeNAS 8.3-beta2 system setup as an iscsi target for a vSphere system. The first iscsi target was discovered without problems. The second target isn't showing up on discovery. I can't restart the iscsi service on the host or freenas. Is there a way to confirm that it's properly sharing?

My fuzzy memory says istgtcontrol can do this.
