Is there a printed manual, or something downloadable?

A customer has asked me whether there is downloadable or (better) printable documentation for 9.3. Is there?

Depending on what one is doing, much of the 9.2.1.x PDF is still applicable. Some day, I'll build the environment to create a 9.3 PDF.
