IOCAGE import overrunning swap.

I'm in the process of moving jails and media from the old server to new (see sig for hardware). I did an iocage export on the five jails and transferred them to the new servers image directory. Four of the five imports went fine, but bringing in radarr is maxing out the swap in about 1-2 minutes and the system is no longer responsive requiring a hard reset. A monitor on the machine shows a large amount of swap_pager_getswapspace, and a top is shown below. The only thing I can see different in the exported zip files is that the radarr one is the largest at just under 5GB. Sonarr was at about 3.8GB and did import.

On a side task I'm going to check why radarr is larger than sonarr when it hardly gets used in comparison to sonarr

I've thrown a good five hours on googling the error, but nothing related to a iocage import that helped. Also, when the swap is consumed in the top display the 28 gigs of free memory is also consumed by the zfs cache.
