inverted interface after restart on X520-DA2

Hello, this is my "server" configuration:
- Supermicro X10SRA-F
- Intel Xeon 2695v4
- 4x8GB DDR4 2133 ECC-REG
- 8x8TB Wd RED in RAIDZ-2 configuration
- NIC Intel X520-DA2
- FreeNAS 11.2

I use only one interface on X520-DA2 NIC (I configured with static ip address, netmask and gateway), but when I restart (or power off and power on) the server, I can not reach the GUI, and it works only if I swap the transceiver to the other interface. If I restart again I must swap again the cable. It's like the system could not "remember" which interface is configurated.

How did you configure the interface? In the GUI or at the text console?

I’ve tried on GUI and console...same result...this is the config:
ip address: 192.168.0.100
Net mask: 255.255.255.0
gateway: 192.168.0.1
