I thought I'd start this post to keep track of the plugins currently available for FreeNAS 8.x as well as the threads where each one is being discussed.

Added column to designate which plugins work with FreeNAS 8.x and 9.x. Plugins for FreeNAS 8.x and 9.x are not interchangeable. Make sure you download the correct version when the 9.x plugins become available.

I'm not aware of any central location to download the pbis. Can we add a link to the latest versions of the PBIs for the associated plugins?

I know when I read the sabnzbd/sickbeard/couchpotato thread I get lost because all 3 are meshed together into 1 and last time I read through the 30+ pages I couldn't figure out what was the latest or if everything worked 100%.

I've added links to the apps homepages for some of the plugins above, but it would be nice to have a little help. *I* have to search for this shit myself, I agree it's convenient to have in one place, but come on people, have you ever heard of Google??? I'm getting tired of being the Siri of the FreeNAS forums. I'm not a freaking iPhone OR a search engine.




Perhaps some of the other plugin contributors could provide their own info.... sigh

MiniDLNA (aka ReadyDLNA) doesn't have a proper homepage. Just the default SourceForge page: http://minidlna.sourceforge.net/.

This is awesome. Would it make more sense to move it to a wiki page so we can contribute and add some of the requested changes (e.g. description of what the plug-in is, etc) instead of relying on the OP to make any/all changes?

Edit: Not sure if things have changed or I'm just missing something. I can't login to any of those links. Is there a username to go with the password?

If anyone stumbles on this thread and is still looking for plugins, I had a lot of success with the plugins on this thread. Big thanks to Joshua Parker Ruehlig for doing such a great job with them. I think they're worth a wiki entry.

It would be helpful if you or someone could PM me the Info/Description/Link for the plugins that are missing and then I can update the post. Look @ the first post for an example of what I need. I think I asked Joshua for that before.
