Rsync. Tons of instructions available and FreeNAS supports it natively.

Is rsync not only for backup in lan? I read this one -> http://doc.freenas.org/index.php/Rsync_Tasks

But i see at "Figure 4.4a: Adding an Rsync Task" only the field for local path and remote host. "Remote host" and "remote module name" must be other NAS or PC in the LAN ?! So i understand it.

In the german translation the "remote module name" is "entfernter Rechnername" (remote host name). Its this my localhost too? Where i can define the destination directory?

Remote host can use a localhost name. The machine looks up localhost and the IP that comes back is itself on 127.0.0.1

I mean, with what file system?

Either UFS or ZFS. The latter is preferred since future versions of FreeNAS won't support UFS.
