Hello,

Recently I did a fresh install of Freenas 11.0 U1. The only config file I had backed up was from version 9, so the VM tab does not include my previously made VMs. Given that these VMs are still on my ZFS drives, is there anyway I can import them into the Freenas GUI? If not, anyway I can start them up via console? An iohyve list command listed only my one VM from before the GUI for it was created, although it won't start either.

Edit: I just created a new VM, using the previous oldVM's settings and virtual drive. Worked like a charm.

VMs from iohyve? Yeah, they won't show up. You will have to add them in the UI manually.

Actually I meant VMs created via the GUI, imported into the same GUI after a factory reset. It can be done really easily, there is just no "scan for old VMs" button.
