Import Old Jail from backup to New Build

I just finished rebuilding my freenas system (well a couple weeks), I finally have some time to import them to the new system.. These old jails and plugging were backed up using rsync offsite. They seem in tact.

What's the procedure to import these jails in the the new freenas system?

Hi Will, I hope this is not off topic, I have a very similar issue.
I moved my jails created via GUI plugin installation, to a new freenas installation.
They are greatly working, but I dont know how to plug in into freenas GUI. old and new installations are both running FN 9.2.1.3 x64

No, i just reinstalled my plugins and restored my saved configs :(

That's one solution :-( Looks like there isn't any traction on https://bugs.freenas.org/issues/3473 yet.
