BUILD I'm thinking it is time for a backup server

Without upgrading the CPUs is a SuperMicro X9DRL-iF Motherboard and Dual Xeon E5-2630v1 CPUs with active cooling a good deal at US$175?

The board has a 24pin and 2 8 pin power connectors, is the idle power draw low enough for it to be on 24/7/365?
