1- Why i have Up-Down link states the last couple days?
2- Why it says GEOM_ELI: Device ada1p1.eli destroyed. > GEOM_ELI: Detached ada1p1.eli on last close.
3- Why i loose memory? Freed UMA keg (udp_inpcb) was not empty (120 items). Lost 12 pages of memory.

My Configuration is:
System Information
Build FreeNAS-9.10.1 (d989edd)
Platform Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2500 CPU @ 3.30GHz
Memory 8074MB
System Time Sat Oct 22 11:33:02 EEST 2016
Uptime 11:33AM up 1 day, 1:22, 0 users
Load Average 0.40, 0.22, 0.17

Thank you for your time

Bad cable or NIC
Why it says GEOM_ELI: Device ada1p1.eli destroyed. > GEOM_ELI: Detached ada1p1.eli on last close.
Did you encrypt your pool? If so, this is just related to that. Nothing to worry about.

You probably had a jail stop, and it's freeing up the memory it had consumed.

If the spare is an Intel gigabit NIC, then yes, install that and give it a try. If it's another Realtek chipset, don't bother--buy an Intel NIC and install it instead.

No, you haven't--what you're seeing results from the fact that swap space is always, and automatically, encrypted.
