I see the nas but I don´t see virtual machines connected by OpenVpn service

Hi !
I have in my pc a virtual machine truenas with workstation pro configurate in full bridge.

OS Version:TrueNAS-SCALE-22.02.4
Product:VMware Virtual Platform
Modelo:11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1135G7 @ 2.40GHz
Memory:8 GiB
ip 10.4.1.86/24 gw 10.4.1.1.

I have an ubuntu server virtual machine created on the truenas with ip 10.4.1.191/24, with docker and portainer. I enter to 10.4.1.191:9000 perfecty from my pc, the host where i have installed workstation and running the truenas.

i created a bridge lan in truenas and the ubuntu server virtual machine pings the truenas well.

i have internet acces fine every where.

It works fine in local, from my host and in a local lan, i see the vm, the portainer, etc.

I need it works by open vpn but heres the problem.

I have open vpn servers working with certificates in 10.10.10.0/24, it connects fine, while im conected i see the nas and i can open de gui, but its impossible connect by ssh to the ubuntu server virtual machine or to the portainer.

I have been lookging and reading for a few days with out luck.

Here is my conf. can you help me please? wheres my problem??? Thanks!!!
