I tried to update my FreeNAS-9.10.2-U2 last April for what seemed to be a 40 hour workweek. There is a post somewhere about how I spun in circles with the system hanging (sometimes for hours). After failing with TrueNAS I tried FreeNAS 11.x. It just did not work.
In a recent post I mentioned that I am building all new(er) hardware with DDR3 16G, Intel I7-3770k, and NVME boot and a new motherboard. I want to move over the 4 drives to my new system - upgrading storage will come in the future.
The answer to my question was -- export the pool(s) and import on TrueNAS. The problem is there is no pool submenu under Storage. How do I export?
