How to you manually update SickRage & Transmission

Long story short, my plugins do not appear in my installed plugin list in the Freenas 11 UI. I posted about this prev but the only suggestions were to reinstall or update a database that holds this info? Anyhow, i found instructions on how to update PLEX using some commands such as PMS_Updater.sh

Is there something similar to Transmission and SickRage? Or can i trigger the Update via command line rather than GUI? (since GUI does not display my plugins installed)

I would really try to figure out why installed plugins aren't appearing in the list first. Seems like it would need to be a significant issue.

SickRage can be updated from within the app itself.

I'm not sure if you can update from a plugin install. But, you can from a custom jail where you installed it. But, you have to do some extra house-keeping work to get it set up similar to the plugin install.
