how to increase scrub 'threshold' ??

My box is set to scrub every 35 days, right? That's the default?

How do I change it to every Saturday night?

Do I need to create a cron job?

The documentation on FreeNAS is bewildering. There are so many conflicting manuals, wikis, forums, etc.
Extremely frustrating.
One places mentions 'ZFS scrubs' ... another scripts ... nothing conforms to what I have.
O, brother.

Yes you should... In 8.2 there is Storage -> ZFS scrubs screen
