What is the purpose? Is this something you want to put on an untrusted network?
That is not really what FreeNAS is supposed to be.

No. You need a mechanism to manage FreeNAS. FreeNAS is always going to have management exposed so that it can be managed.

Is it possible or not?
What you might be able to do is put the network share on one interface and the management on another interface in a different IP range.
Understanding the reason why might help us offer some constructive advice.
