How to configure this folder share (CIFS+Unix Permission)

Hi all,

I want to make 1 folder for 2 people working together on that folder, editable each other file , folder and etc (full access control for 2 people with 2 different group)

i've tried to set like in my attached picture, that 2 people can get into that folder, each other can make a new file , new folder BUT, they can't edit file which belong to another
example : bob and jim ,
1. bob can make a new file , new folder
2. Jim can make a new file and new folder too
3. But bob can't edit jim's file and Jim's can't edit bob file (read only)

how to make both of them can editable each other file ?
I'm using FreeNAS-9.2.1.7-RELEASE-x64 (fdbe9a0)

Change the "Permission Type" to Windows, then fine-tune the permissions from a Windows client.
