How to configure a Custom DDNS(dtdns.com)

Hello all

I am in the final phase of testing and configuring my freenas. I have been gooooogling past couple days but either missing it or not there on how to custom configure my ddns

I have concluded I need some lines in the aux part but not quite sure exactly what

--dyndns_server_name dtdns.com

is one I have there now

The name of the software underlying the dynamic DNS server on FreeNAS is inadyn-mt. If you google the inadyn-mt configuration file parameters, you'll be able to see what you need to put in the auxiliary area.

I had so much trouble getting it to work the way that I wanted that I just said "screw it", and installed the inadyn-mt software myself in a jail, and that handles my dynamic DNS just file.

Yea same here, but I just configured it on my router running DD-WRT. Configured it in like 10 min!
