How do you turn off the daily email report?

Since upgrading from 9.10.2-U5 to 11.0-RELEASE, I am now getting the daily email:

Um. Thanks. I don't need an email to tell me everything is okay. Please only send emails if something is broke.

How do I disable this? Or just mute the good messages? Searching on the forum brought up this issue from the v8 and v9 era which was ?fixed in v9?
