How do I upgrade to rsync-3.1.3

https://www.samba.org/ftp/rsync/ has released 3.1.3

I am currently having buffer overflow caused by long path issue. (see https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=225761)

Hopefully it is fixed (according to https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=225761) by 3.1.3

My current rsync version in freenas box is 3.1.2. I would like to know how I can upgrade to 3.1.3
