How come the new user I added can't access my share?

I've applied the settings recursively, but the Deluge user doesn't get access to anything. I've tried accessing the share in both Linux and Windows.
I've tried setting the ACL through Windows and the NAS, neither method seems to work.

You've assigned access to a group called Deluge... that's not a user...

Whenever you create a user in TrueNAS, it also creates a group with the same name.

I have HomeUser set up in a similar way, except it also has some specialized users under it.
