SOLVED How can I check what is using so much of my CPU?

My CPU usage is higher than usual. My disks are also being accessed erratically. It doesn't look like the monthyl scrub since it's neither the time for it nor are the disks being accessed constantly. Is there a way to check on what processes are running in the background? "System" is what's using up my CPU right now.

The name of that process would be zpool.
