This problem is present on every page with help popovers (the ? icons that display information about the form) on the right edge of the div. The message isn't readable because it gets cut off by the background. It appears to be a z-index related issue that causes the popover to render above the foreground but behind the background.

This should be fixed for U2, due out in a few weeks. Please create a new bug report if the issue persists for you after U2 becomes available.
