I have been working to get RSYNC pulling and pushing to various boxes in my house and (I think) due to the -v (Verbose) logging files, exceeded my logs.

I am not getting that error message on my FreeNAS box (The tile of the post)

I have searched high and low -- manual, google, forum ... what is the fix for this?

Can I simply delete some log files and 'kill/start' some log process?

Any help ... just point me at what I need to read about .. would help.

I got the RSYNC push to auto backup my server to a second Ubuntu box ... and I got my Freenas RSYNC pull to get my PC contents onto the box ... so I have *some* ability to figure stuff out ... but I can't find *any* reference to this particular issue.

Thanks in advance!

It's normal, don't worry.

FreeNAS will archive the old logs in separate files each time the log reach the 100 kB size.

Thanks, was worried there for a moment ... it was strange that I got that message at the end of the RSYNC listing and nothing followed ... but now like 15 mins later, I see new entries for where I am SSHing into the box from another machine. Thanks for your quick and reassuring reply. :)
