Good day

I have a Supermicro CSE-829U that uses a X10DRU-i+ motherboard with ESXI 7 u2 installed, up until now I've been using a Dell PERC h730 to tier my storage, I have the following set up:

Chassis: Supermicro CSE-829U 2U 12x 3.5”
CPU: Intel xeon e5 2680 v4
RAM: Samsung pc4-2133p ddr4 17000
Nic: AOC-2UR68-i4G Riser/4 Port Ethernet Card

Storage:
Tier 0 - 1 x SATA DOM 32GB (Plugged directly into motherboard has only ESXI 7 u2 installed)
[Supermicro SSD-DM032-SMCMVN1 32GB SATA DOM]

Tier 1 - 1 x NVME 1TB (Plugged into M.2 PCIe NVMe 4.0/3.0 Adapter with 0.12 Inch Thick M.2 Heatsink for M.2 PCIe SSD (NVMe and AHCI))
[SAMSUNG (MZ-V7E1T0BW) 970 EVO SSD]

Tier 2 - 2 x SSD 2TB (raid 1 for VMs installed to the frontplane)
[Samsung SSD 860 EVO 1TB 2.5 Inch SATA III Internal SSD (MZ-76E1T0B/AM)]

Tier 3 - 10 x 6TB HDD (raid 5 for vm data storage installed to frontplane)
[Western Digital 6TB WD Red NAS Internal Hard Drive HDD - 5400 RPM, SATA 6 Gb/s, SMR, 256MB Cache, 3.5" - WD60EFAX]

The plan is that I will run my VMs (different os's be it Windows, Linux etc) on tier 2 storage, and all the data that the VMs will use (besides cache and application data) will be stored on tier 3. Ihaven't exactly decided what I will use my tier 1 storage for yet.

I want to run truenas to control my tier 2 and tier 3 storage (in raid 1 and 5 respectively) and run it on my tier 2, so I can take advantage of the storage features.

I need a suitable replacement HBA card for my Dell PERC H730.

Can you please recommend a suitable HBA card and the necessary connectors that'll work with my setup?

(I'm pretty new to server stuff and would really appreciate the help. Let me know if you require any further information, I've been looking into this for a while.)
