Help interpreting SMART long test result

I received a notification that one disk in my pool had some pending sector reallocations. Ran a long SMART self-test to dig in a bit.

Code:
smartctl -t long /dev/da17

I let it run overnight and checked back in the morning.

Code:
smartctl -a /dev/da17

Snipping out the results relevant (I think?) to the discussion

Code:
SMART Error Log Version: 1
No Errors Logged

SMART Self-test log structure revision number 1
Num Test_Description Status Remaining LifeTime(hours) LBA_of_first_error
# 1 Extended offline Completed: read failure 10% 21341 -
# 2 Short offline Completed without error 00% 8475 -

I'm inclined to believe there's an error
Code:
Completed: read error
but there's nothing indicating the LBA of the error. Also, the snip of the report above indicates
Code:
 No Errors Logged

The question in my mind is: Well, so I have a failing drive or not? I'm inclined to distrust the drive, replace and resilver and get on with life.

We appear to be missing the section that lists the LBA...

Post the entire output please.

Don't trust that disk... it's dying.

At the very least get a spare then swap the disk out. Then run badblocks on the disk or some other similar sort of test and see what the results are.
