MotherBoard socket 1155 MSI H67MA-E35 (Revision B3).
Build FreeNAS-8.3.0-BETA2-x64 (r12317M)
4 disks Seagate Barracuda 2Tb
Memory 8Gb
OCZ PSU ZS550W-EU - ZS Series, 550W 80Plus Bronze
Processor Intel® Celeron® Processor G530 (2M Cache, 2.40 GHz)
RAIDZ1 pool (ZFS software RAID level "RAID5")

Hello,

I was about some advices and backup data before migrating to 9.x and it seems that I'm unable to access to FreeNas. (It seems I've a disk "ada2" that was in FAILING_NOW" status.
Can you help me recovering it ? As it is a RAID5, I expect that all data can be saved even during a lost of a disk.
I can't use filezilla to get all the data but I am unable to ssh on FreeNas. I do no longer have the console.

I saw these messages in console.log and /var/log/messages

Do you have any advices ? I can navigate through the directories but I'm affraid that it doesn't make sense.

Why on earth would you run a beta version for so long?

What's the output of zpool status? CODE tags or pastebin, please.

I do no longer have the console.
The content of your messages.txt makes me suspect you might have a corrupted boot device. Try clean installing the closest non-BETA release to what you were using on a different device and booting from that.
