Hi Everyone,
I hope you are all doing good! New member of the community here From Atlanta, GA but not new to freenas. I've used it on and off over the past few years as I was searching and looking to build my own NAS. Having owned ReadyNAS+, Thecus, QNAP, Synology, I thought it was time to build my own and also reduce number of servers/appliances im running in my house!
I tested with a few opensource/free NAS solutions like Openfiler, xpnology, Rockstor (good NAS but still buggy in my opinion and not ready, BTRFS is great!).
So far FreeNAS has been wonderful and the new version is marvelous move forward and puts it way ahead of others.
