sorry if this question was already asked but I was unable to find it.
I have set up a TrueNAS Scale on a VM and currently passing through all my 5 HDD to it. For now its working fine.
It was suggested to me it is better to pass through an HBA rather then the hard drives to TrueNAS Scale VM. I have purchased a HBA and would like to pass through to a VM. I was unable to find a information how to pass the HBA through to the TrueNAS VM in Hyper-V. Is it even possible? I would like to have my TrueNAS on my home computer instead of a separate PC/Server preferred Hyper-V.
How do I do that?
