Might want to think about improving cooling, 40c at idle is a bit high, would likely hit 45-50c+ during rebuild/scrub.

Thanks. I will waite for a new fan. But.... I'm in Thailand now... so... +28-30 its a normal temperature in the room.
and I think a high temperature is a symptom. Other disks are a little bit colder. not too much but -3/5 degree.

Failure rate will be higher when the drives are hot. More fans / more airflow is called for. Good luck.

PS. Looking at the power on hours of those drives, if they are all around the same age, you might want to start planning to rotate in some younger drives. Frequency of failure tends to increase when the drives are over 5 years of age and those are both pushing the limit.

Start with ada3.
Concur. Both are bad, but ada3 is worse. And when you get replacements, make sure to set the load cycle timer to something sensible, as excessive load cycles will also cause failures. And make sure you have regular short and long SMART tests scheduled for all your disks.

Thanks a lot.
Last question.
Should I make Long test/Scrub Tasks BEFORE or AFTER disk replacement?

Replace !st disk (ada3)
Get that picture:
2019-12-12_232221.jpg

Question
When I should change the 2nd disk?
I'm confusing with "Status: SCANNING"
Should I wait to change the status/finish scanning?
