Getting an error 40 unc and Drdy err.

Hello all, I'm getting the following errors. If someone can explain me or give an advice. I understand it has to do with a drive. Thanks.

"UNC" there means "uncorrectable read error" -- bad sector. It is quite likely that overwrite may fix it, or at least relocate.
