g_vfs_done error = 5

I'm using FreeNAS-8.2.0-RELEASE-p1-x64. I had everything setup and working. I was copying files to my new backup volume and try to open another file on the backup volume when everything quit working. Here is the message I'm getting:

Then it wants to go into single user mode.

Where to I start in trying to troubleshoot and fix this?
