Same kind of messages here. I don't reboot every day.

They look a lot like bootup messages.... What does uptime say if you run it after receiving an email?

I noticed that my Plex Jail reboots spontaneously every day at 3 a.m.

That explains the emails... Now to figure out which bit of hardware is having issues under load.

No load at all at 3:00 am. The night is quiet and warm, and the family is sleeping :)
