Deciphering Security Run Emails

I've had a couple of emails from my FreeNAS system now with the same text.
But I have no idea whet it's telling me.

Performance seems fine (it's only a low use Media Server and Network Backup)
No warnings within then GUI

I don't recall the specifics, but the answer to this question in the past has always been: "That's normal."
