freenas plugins - what to open on network firewall

Is this a home network? You shouldn't need to open anything on most routers.
Do you have your network locked down including outgoing ports? By destination host and path? That would indeed require changes, but I'd think you'd already know what needed to be opened, or know how to find out, if you had something locked down that tightly.

Again, if it's a home router you shouldn't need to specifically open anything.

ok, i forgot specify my configuration, sorry for that. I use pfsense as home firewall and VPN, and I can investigate in logs what to open. But for good feeling and sleeping :) , i want ask....

I open port tcp 80 from freenas server to download.freenas.org
