FreeNAS Mini mostly dead

My FreeNAS Mini stopped responding over the network recently. I restarted it, everything came back up initially, but it was unresponsive the next morning. Another restart got everything going again, but it stopped responding within a few minutes. Now the only thing that comes up after restarting is the IPMI address, to which I can telnet. But the IP address configured for the web interface and the addresses of all the jails are stone dead. A monitor plugged into the VGA output doesn't show a signal. The USB interfaces have power, but I can't get the caps lock or other toggle LEDs to light up on the keyboard.

What should I do? I'm at a loss without video at boot time.

Your mini has IPMI. Use it to find out what's going on. Unfortunately it does sound like you've got a dead motherboard like countless others with the asrock 2550/2750 boards.

This describes my problem exactly. I'll contact IX Systems.

I'm not sure what to check for on the IPMI console.
