I installed my FreeNAS system successfully, but my FreeNAS system can't reboot. When the system reboot, the process hangs on 'ata2: <ATA channel> at channel 1 on atapci0'. Meanwhile, the FreeNAS system can start from the power off and seems everything is OK.

Anything you guys think I should try? If my screenshot is not enough to go off let me know and I'll get the dump or whatever you guys call it.

Is the BIOS at its latest revision?
Thanks for your reply!
My motherboard is Gigabyte b85m d3h rev.1.2. The BIOS version is F15 which is the latest revision.
The system can boot from the power off, and everything is OK. The system is running stably.
But it can't reboot.

You wouldn't happen to be using a SATA port multiplier device? Those are nothing but trouble.

This sounds like a hardware problem. I ran into a similar problem when I upgraded a few years ago. The previous version of FreeNAS had worked fine on the hardware I had, but the new version would hang. I had to replace the disk controller I was using to solve the problem. Is that Marvell chip built into the system board or on an expansion card?
