FreeNas did not start after reloading

Hi guys. We have some problems with our virtual machines.
Today we see that some of the virtual machines stoped work and push on button Restart Freenas
So after restarting the next error - "Connecting to NAS... Make sure the NAS system is powered on and connected to the network". And WebSocket error
VM ping says to us that addresses are reachable, but FreeNas Gui didn't work and Shell connecting too.
Maybe some drivers were wrong at now or we need to connect monitor and keyboard to the machine where freenas are installed...

hook up a monitor to the freenas system and see if there is a bios message holding you up (like a failed DIMM slot or a thermal event which requires you to hit a button to continue)
