I can connect FreeNAS as recognized server but not the CIFS share. I get "The server was unable to complete the requested operation. A communications failure has occured". I even set the share to allow guest connections. I have the share mapped to the same box as the Backup Exec install.

I think this has to do with giving the BESA permissions on the FreeNAS server. but I do not know how to do this. Can someone please explain how to add this account to FreeNAS. I am ok on Linux but not sure if this is done through FreeNAS console and how, or through the CLI and how.
