Hello everyone!

I tried to upgrade my Owncloud plugin on FreeNAS several times, both before and after the upgrade to 9.3 and after each update that came out.

Each time I attempt the update, it hangs at 50% indefinitely. I've waited a couple hours before to see if it was just slow. I've tried stopping the service first. I've searched for any hint in logs to no avail.

Both plex and btsync have updated perfectly, multiple times.

I don't know if this is a bug or if it's just something weird with my system. Please advise on how to diagnose this further, or provide enough details for a bug report if it's warranted.

Thank you!

Anything in /var/log/messages? How much RAM on the system?

Thank you for the reply!

Build FreeNAS-9.3-STABLE-201503071634
Platform Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU G3258 @ 3.20GHz
Memory 16179MB
System Time Fri Mar 13 07:23:08 EDT 2015
Uptime 7:23AM up 1 day, 19:18, 0 users
Load Average 0.34, 0.10, 0.07

I just tried again, and I waited 45 minutes from the start of the update. This is all I saw in messages:

Mar 13 08:05:53 nas manage.py: [common.pipesubr:58] Popen()ing: /sbin/umount -f '/mnt/raid1/jails/owncloud_1/media'

Yes, I have a storage configuration that places the data outside of the jail. I anxiously await the best next steps.
