Hi, everyone.
I've set up my first share according to the official manual. Under Windows set owner of folder to local freenas user (which is also 'microsoft account on my pc with identical password), removed Everyone, but add Domain admins with Allow all rights.
Now the "magic". I can't even view files or folders created by domain users. Though they do watch my activity.
Even scp-ing as local user i can't watch the directories created by domain users.

Dlavigne, hi
No, still no solution. Though some parent folder in cifs has both local user and domain users full rights, only last ones are able to access child folders
Currently it's not a big deal (cos i use freenas for backups), but I'd wish to setup users fileserver on it with multiple user account owners over myriads of folders/files ☺

Still no one could help me yet?
So, once again, on latest stable 9.3. Create cifs share as local user. Add Domain Admins as full access users group, then remove inheritance, then remove Everyone, now the magic: if i create resource (file or folder) as local user => domain admins have it, but not vice versa. Create file being domain admin and... local user can't see it!

Those that know how to do permissions properly also know not to get involved in threads about permissions. As volunteers it can quickly turn into a multi-day evolution trying to explain them.
