hi all, I'm running a FreeNAS jail FreeBSD 9.2-RELEASE-p15 (FREENAS.i386) and using pkg to install packages, I'm just wondering why I can find and install successfully latest packages like go (just an example) or similar also if the BSD version is quite old (not using ports), thanks for suggestions.

FreeBSD 9.2 is deprecated and no longer receiving updates.

You are recommended to upgrade to FreeNAS 9.10 in order to take advantage of the FreeBSD 10.3 jails.

Jep I know, thanks for feedback. Thing is I'm on 32bit FreeNAS so can't update further, my wondering was just that it's quite great to have more or less updated packages also in jail 9.2, maybe they come from freshports?
