FreeNAS™ 8.3.0-Release-P1-x86 & Promise FastTrak S150 SX4

I've configed a mirror array on this sata raid card, but my freenas doesn't see this disk, how can i install the driver of this card or config for freenas to see the disk.

If you read the FreeNAS manual it will recommend you consult the FreeBSD Supported Disk Controllers section. If you read through the list you will find that your controller does not appear to be listed and is therefore not supported for FreeBSD or FreeNAS.

You will have to pick from one of the controllers on that list.
