Free Space not showing up

I have been deleting some old files as my drives were getting filled up. I don't have snapshot enabled or the recycle bin. After deleting the files the free space is not changing, I deleted a few hundred gigs the whole system is only about 2.5TB so it should show some change. Is there something I am missing. My drives are at about 90% full.

Is this still an issue or did it sort itself out?

Still seems to be a problem. I have tried to delete the time machine sparsebundles but do not seem to have permission, although I have checked and the permissions seem correct. Free space from other deletes still not being recognized.

Weird.... Which version of FreeNAS?
