Folder inside shared SMB without permissions

I have a subfolder inside an SMB share that an admin has selected the option "disable inheritance".
I have already chowned the folder to my domain admin account, but I cannot add new permissions. It says "unable to display current owner".
Two questions:
How do I add the permissions again to that folder?
How do I prevent that inherited FileSystem ACL permissions from being deleted?
