Hi all,
I'm building a home server that will primarily function as a NAS storing all of the family's important data. Additioanlly, it will run a number of services (likely in separate jails):
* NextCloud
* OpenHAB (Smart home hub)
* MariaDB to support above
* Ubiquity UniFi controller (to manage my network)
Additionally, it will likely function as a build server to build packages for my Raspberry Pi's and potentially as a media server.
I'm planning the following:
* Case: Fractal Design Define Mini
* PSU: SeaSonic G-450
* Motherboard: SUPERMICRO X11SSH-F
* Memory: Crucial 32gb kit 2 x 16gb ddr4 2133 ecc udimm
* CPU: Intel Xeon E3-1240V5 box
* Boot disk: 1 x Samsung 850 Evo 250 GB
* Data pool (raidz2): 5 x WD Red 2 TB
Any input is very appreciated!
Thanks,
Troels
