Hello.
Try to use this guide https://forums.freenas.org/index.php?threads/freenas-9-3-fc-fibre-channel-target-mode-das-san.27653/ to setup FC target mode.
For test use:
6 GB ECC RAM
2x500GB SSD
Qlogic QLE2462 HBA
FreeNas 9.3.1 (last build) & also try Night build.

So, after setup MPIO and attach disk in windows 2012 R2, if try anything written to disk, I have this error.

In google I found only this https://bugs.freenas.org/issues/5886, but bug marked as fixed.
Thank you for any help.

Those messages tell only that initiator requested command abort. Which command and why should they aborted can' t be seen here. May be your storage was too slow for initiator expectations. Or some problem made commands stuck. It would be interesting to see output of `ctladm dumpooa` during the problem to see how command execution goes.

As I can see, this WRITE command is hanging for about 30 seconds waiting for data. This can be a valid reason for aborts you've shown. I don't remember other reports like this, so I would recommend you to recheck your physical connectivity.

Yep this is was hardware problem (but Qlogic passed all test...). Replace on windows side to Emuplex. And all work fine without error.
Thank you! I do not know to do without Your help :)
