Failure to activate 11.1-U6

The automatic update is reporting "FreeNAS-11.1-U6 has already been applied. Please reboot the system to activate".
On reboot, though, the updates are still showing as pending.

I'm at a bit of loss why this is. In this state, is the update actually downloaded (or is that pending, too)?

Any help would be appreciated!

What's the full output of beadm list?

It is shows
"Initial-Install"
11.1-U6 on Reboot"

I've rebooted but U6 is not installed

That looks right. If you would like a dev to take a look at what is causing the issue, please create a report at bugs.freenas.org that includes your debug (System -> Advanced -> Save debug).
