Failing drive?

I yesterday noted the below errors in my system alerts:
CRITICAL: March 12, 2018, 10:07 p.m. - Device: /dev/ada2, 2 Currently unreadable (pending) sectors

The scrub completed following a reboot and now I have the following errors - as can be seen the number of unreadable sectors has increased:

CRITICAL:						March 13, 2018, 12:02 a.m. - The volume Njord-pool state is ONLINE: One or more devices has experienced an unrecoverable error. An attempt was made to correct the error. Applications are unaffected.

Running a smart test for the affected drive results in the below readout - do I need to start looking at replacing the drive?

Any help gratefully received since I don't know the threshold for replacement. Research of these forums and the first post here in particular suggests I might have an issue.

Yes, time to replace it.
Thanks for the quick response! I will initiate an RMA with WD.

So I can better understand - why do those two pieces of data in particular suggest the drive needs replacing - is any read failure a bad sign - i.e. no bad sectors are tolerable?

If the SMART test is failing, then it's a clear indication that the drive itself is failing.
