SOLVED Fail iscsi_target_initiator_tag is not unique

Hello World!

Im spanish. I have this problem.

When I add initiator and accept say me the error in tittle : Fail iscsi_target_initiator_tag

why ?

what is the solution?

This bug was fixed in 9.2.1: https://bugs.freenas.org/issues/3967. Upgrading should fix it.
