Factory Reset - Middleware Exception: attempt to write a readonly database

Hi,

today I upgraded from 9.10.2-U5 to 11.0-U5. As I played around with the configs a lot lately, I thought it's time to start over and do a factory resest. However, I encountered a middleware exception. The full trace is in the attached file.
Is there anything I can do to fix that exception? Or would it be best to just create a boot drive from scratch?
